Caves Blancher

 

Founded in 1955, the third generation in the business. Caves Blancher source 90% of the fruit from their own plots, located in three municipalities of Penedès and also the coastal town of Teià. They still riddle the bottles by hand and use a secret family recipe for their liqueur de tirage. All of their cavas are aged for at least 18 months, qualifying as Reserva or Gran Reserva. Very low sulfur added.

Blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada, aged for more than 15 months on the lees.

Capdevila Pujol Reserva Brut Natural

24 months on the lees. *Available in Magnum

Blancher Rosat Brut Reserva

Trepat blend, Garnatxa and Pinot Noir, 15 months on the lees.

Blancher Gran Reserva Brut Nature

Blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada, aged for more than 30 months on the lees.
