Varietals Trepat, Pinot Noir and Grenache. Macerated with their skins to extract the colors and aromas of the varietals. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aged over 25 months in our cavas. This cava is aimed at a young audience, who is looking for sweetness in the palate.
Tasting Notes
Rose color with cherry highlights. Fine and persistent bubbles. Clean aromas of fresh strawberry with a background of pastry. The palate is fresh with integrated bubbles and a lingering aftertaste. For appetizers, rice and pastas with sauce.
