9 months in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels.

Production 
Hand picked from vineyards on the historic slopes of Monterrei Fermentation in 500l. French oak barrels. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 7 months, partly in stainless steel vats and partly in Uine grained French oak barrels. This is followed by another two months aging in bottle prior to release for sale.
