Production
Maceration and traditional fermentation in stainless steel and super-soft aging in 300 l. French oak toasted very soft and fine grain.

Tasting
Nose: fruit and red fruit, licorice, cassis, blackberry ... perfectly assembled with very slight balsamic, mint, vanilla and toast notes very light roasting, toffee.

Palate: Medium structure, slightly satiny and good lubricity, ripe and silky tannins, well cured, crisp acidity and a slightly bitter aftertaste long and tasty sweet spot on the palate, final.

Alcohol: 13.5%
