Bodegas Merayo
The Merayo family has always been strongly linked to the world of wine and they have owned one of the most important wineries in the region for decades. They resumed wine making in the winery located on the family estate, Finca Miralmonte. The basis of the move was the strong commitment to the production of quality indigenous varieties.
Merayo Godello
100% Godello. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-17 °C).
Merayo Mencia
100% Mencia. Maceration and fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Las Tres Filas
100% Mencia. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged for six months in French and American oak barrels. Bottled without clarifying. 95 J.Suckling
