Aging: 4 months in new, fine-grained, lightly charred French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Straw colored, bright, with light tones of pale gold. Sweet aromas that bring to mind pineapple jam, pastries and almond flowers.

Tropical fruits and fruits in syrup, including pear and apple. An all-encompassing palate, with good acidity, protracted flavor and a sweet background.
