The estate dates back to 1077 A.D., when it belonged to the Santa María de Herrera Monastery. Located at an altitude of 650 meters at the foot of Obarenes Mountains. The vineyard enjoys a privileged microclimate and covers 250 hectares in the heart of Rioja Alta.

100% Viura (aka Macabeo). Aged 3 month in new French oak barrels.
Hacienda El Ternero Crianza
100% Tempranillo. Aged 14 month in French oak barrels, followed by 1 year in bottle. Undergoes no treatments or stabilization processes and therefore contain some sediment. 90 J.Suckling 90 Parker
Hacienda El Ternero Reserva
After malolactic fermentation, aged in French oak barrels 18 months.
