Soil: Of alluvial origins. High-density river stone surface with calcareous subsoil.
Elaboration: Must maceration for ten hours at 4°C to extract the aroma of the skin. Light pressing in pneumatic press. Fermentation at 16°C. This wine is lightly filtrated and stabilized.
Aging: Stored in stainless steel tanks until bottled.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and aromatic wine. Citrus notes. Young acidity.
On the mouth: long, persistent, and complex. Good harmony between fruit and body.
