Clay soils with loamy textures, enriched by siliceous rocks, gneiss, and quartz, provide a fresh, mineral expression.

Production:

After the vinification of the selected grapes, it is followed by cold maceration. Then it undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a year in French oak foudres, with occasional lees stirring, ensuring stability without fining agents

Aging: 12 months.
Technical data: Alcoholic grade: 13% Vol

This graceful, well-spiced red seamlessly integrates fine but powerful tannins before lasting on the finish.
