Date Harvested: 4th. week of September.  ere is a selection of over ripened grapes. Handpicked harvest.

Process: Traditional wine making, fermented under temperature control, followed by 20 hours maceration with skin contact. 

Aging: Aging in new French oak barrels during 1 and a half month. 

Tasting: Color: Straw yellow with golden notes, clean and brightly. Aroma: Primary, intense and clean of good intensity aromas.

Palate: Smooth, wide and the sweetness well balanced. 

Serve At: 8ºC.

Alcohol: 14%
