Destemmed and pressed grape.

Taste
Predominantly white fruit (green apple, pear lemon), freshly cut hay background and very subtle vegetable notes. The attack in the mouth is acidic, however it offers a more dense than expected passage on the nose and culminates with the characteristic bitterness of the variety.
