A mild winter with a lot of rainfall, followed by a warm spring resulted in an early shoot. Summer started with a lot of rain but at the end it changed into a quite hot period. The grapes matured perfectly, both the accumulation of the sugar and the maturation of the phenols was optimal.
In Anguix, a selection of grapes from four plots: Los Dujos, Molino y Camino Viejo trained in Cordon system, each, and Pincha Ratas, trained in bush style.
Hand picked on the 27th of September 2014, using cases of 15 kg. The must fermented with only indigenous yeasts during 12 days in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation also ran in stainless steel tanks.
During 8 months partly in barrels of French oak, partly in a wooden tank.
