Elaborated in full with autochthonous Galician varieties, Sousón, Caíño y Brancellao in equal parts. Macecration and fermentation in traditional stainless steel barrels. Gently passed through lightly toasted and fine grain 300 liter French oak barrels.
Color garnet red with violet trim.
On the nose black fruits and red fruit, licorice, cassis, blackberry, blueberries, strawberries ... perfectly assembled with light roasted, toffee.
On the palate medium structure, slightly glyceric and good unction, ripe and silky tannin, well polymerized, fair acidity and a sweet point in the passage of the mouth, slightly bitter end and long and tasty aftertaste.
