92% Treixadura, 3% Godello, 3% Albariño, and 2% Loureiro.
Yellow with green hue. Intense fruit aromas (apples and pears) with white flower and laurel aromas. On the palate it is intense and lively, balanced yet fresh, mineral and full of character with a persistent finish.
Grape Origin: Banga village with 12 hectares of vineyard in spectacular old terraces, known locally as “socalcos” with granite walls at between 180 and 350 meters altitude. Situated on one of the historical hills of the Avia valley. South, south-east and south-west facing slopes with magnificent solar exposition.
Soils: Diversity of soil types within the estate: sandy granite, schist and slate.
Elaboration: Rigorous control vineyard with manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Immediately transport to the winery where the grapes undergo cold storage at 5° Hand selected on a vibratory table. De-stemmed and skin-soaked then proceed to pneumatic pressing. Separation of must via static racking. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aging on lees for 8 months. Wine settled in stainless steel vaults until the optimum maturity is reached and then bottled.
