Aging

Oxidative in American oak casks, with an age of 10 years in the Oloroso solera from 1900.

 

Fermentation

The fermentation happens in American oak barrels at around 22°C and 24°C.

 

TASTING NOTES

Color

Bright, amber to mahogany in color.

 

Aroma

Intense and powerful, with hints of walnut, noble woods and toast notes.

 

Taste

Tasty and structured, powerful and round.   It is a full-bodied wine.

 

Conservation and recommendations

As “vino en rama” in natural state can produce sediments. Store and serve between 17°C and 22°C (ambient temperature of winery).
