“When we began to think about creating a white wine, we had a very clear aim in mind: to make a truly special white wine. The starting point is the Viura grape, with very careful fermentation, stirring of the lees during fermentation, and at the time in the cask, which makes this wine great. Limited production of a wine, which know how to age wisely.”- Bodegas Zugober
