ACUSTIC CELLER

18th Century cellar with underground tanks used to make bulked wines 200 years ago, now they age their calmed acoustic wines. Oaky traditional pressing machine is used to preserve the quality and identity of the wine. All of these winery ́s products are crafted from native grapes that are cultivated from grapevines from their beautiful ancient vineyards between 35 and 80 years old. These vines produce small yields of very high quality grapes. All the wines are pro- duced using only organic practices- pending certification.
