Variety: 100% Albariño

Description
A fresh, intense, and elegant wine that pairs perfectly with all types of seafood.

Production
Native yeasts, stainless steel only. Minimum 6 months on the lees. Hand-picked grapes are kept in the fridge at 5 degrees Celsius. Individual clusters are selected using an inspection table. After de-stemming the selected bunch, cold maceration is applied for 2 hours before pressing in a pneumatic press. Settles naturally and then racked. Temperature-controlled fermentation and then rests on fine lees for 6 months. Stabilizes in stainless steel before bottling.

Tasting Notes
Bright, straw yellow with a steely border. Citric and white fruit aromas with floral notes, aromatic herbs, and river pebbles. Fresh, intense, and well-balanced. White fruit flavors with a sensation of lemon drops and a minerality that leads to ocean salinity.
