Vila Attia
100% Mencia. Fermentation in 500l. French oak barrels. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 7 months, partly in stainless steel vats and partly in fine grained French oak barrels. This is followed by another two months aging in bottle prior to release for sale.
