Production 
The wine is made from Parellada, Macabeo, and Xarello from Can Cajon, Teia, where the soils are differentiated. The grapes go through cold maceration with the skins for a limited time to extract aromas. Followed by fermentation in stainless steel and later in contact with its fine lees. It is aged over 40 months underground at optimal conditions.

Tasting Notes 
View: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubble.

Nose: Complex, aromas of dried fruits with notes of ripe fruit.

Palate: In the mouth, it is fresh with a good integration of bubbles and an elegant aftertaste.
