Details
Soils: Gneis and slate
Orientation: Southwest
Climate: Mediterranean microclimate with Atlantic influence

Aging
In oak French for 12 months and maturation in deposit.

Elaboration
Whole clusters are crushed with the feet in barrels of 600 liters, maceration in cold, fermentation with 100% raspón without inoculation of yeasts.

Tasting
On the nose, the pomace, the cherry or even the cherry liqueur with evident balsamic notes (cedar and nutmeg) predominate.

On the palate, its aromatic delicacy tricks us, since it leaves us a balanced, almost silky step, with a very ripe tannin and a crispy finish.
